Our keyholding service is different to others

Spotless Property Services offer a different service to others as we require no upfront payment . We charge 300 Euros annually and payments are made monthly. Payments via a Spanish Account shall be charged IVA as Spotless Property Services is legally registered business in Spain.

We will check on your property twice per month,  your boiler will be turned on for your arrival - you must give us  7 days notice - and we will turn off again after your departure. We will also perform property checks after any storms. We can also  help with any maintenance needed and can advise you in your absence of anything we notice that is amiss. We have a handy man and work alongside with pool cleaners, gardeners, electricians, plumbers and aircon engineers. Once all is agreed we will deal with all calls and meeting servicemen at the property.  Please note, we do reserve the right to request additional fees for excessive service visits.
