Casa Katie is a 3 bedroom Town House Situated in La Zenia. 

There is a Flight of stairs to enter the house with a terrace with table and chairs entering the Large front room / diner.  On this floor you have The main bedroom super king bed with fitted wardrobes. A twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobe. A family bathroom with Spa bath and over head shower. The kitchen is a big size for a Spanish house fully equipped.  

The second floor has a set of windy stairs which leads up to a big room with 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed. There is a large terrace with sun beds and a smaller terrace on the other side. A small bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a great size community pool.

La Zenia Boulevard 5 mins walk

The blue flagged beach is only 10/15 mins walk

Supermarkets are just a couple of mins walk.
